Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 8 The Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs would like to obtain bids in sealed envelopes for asset management, updating and taking inventory of assets, validation, identification and data entry in Maximo (GIESS) maintenance component. The services requested are carried out for 3 lots which group together the establishments of the school service centre. The addresses are listed in the technical specifications. Services must be completed on or before December 31, 2023. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 5% of the total contract before taxes , payable to Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs, or a letter irrevocable guarantee or a bid bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of bids. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c.
