Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Jacobsen Construction is requesting cost proposals for the demolition (complete building demo, irrigation and electric systems re-work/demo) of three existing student housing buildings located on the south side of the Utah State University campus in Logan, Utah. This project is part of a larger utility tunnel project located in the same vicinity. Both projects are being managed simultaneously by Jacobsen Construction. The owner will be responsible for all abatement work. Abatement will start after the university's commencement activities. Approximately May 23, 2023. If interested, all interested bidders will need to contact Jacobsen's project manager Stan Burke (801-440-8324) to schedule a time to walk through the buildings. All other questions shall be directed to Chris Whitney *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
