All bids must include a potential schedule of availability to execute the work. o Provide a cost to maintain a functional septic tank, which will be pumped every 4-5 days. Bidder may include the cost of pumping or decline to do so. o Include a project sign conforming to specifications outlined in the bid documents. o The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid that it deems to be in its best interest, and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
