2023 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat North Manheim Township: Approximately 80,671 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat West Brunswick Township: Approximately 56,727 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders for the 2023 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat proposal must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bids for both North Manheim Township and West Brunswick Township. For the 2023 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract this check or bid bond will be made payable to North Manheim Township. Each Municipality will award their respective portion of the Contract. The successful bidder for the 2023 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the individual Municipalitys awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the Contract Bids will be presented to the following Municipalities for action at the following times and dates: North Manheim Township at 7:00 p.m., on May 2, 2023 West Brunswick Township at 5:30 p.m., on May 3, 2023
