Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Work generally includes the concrete reconstruction of a portion of Crestline Drive south of Bob Billings Pkwy. Work includes but is not limited to approximately 1,889 SY of Treated Subgrade (9, Fly Ash or Cement), 1,636 SY of Concrete Pavement (10, NRDJ, 4K), 90 SY of Concrete Pavement (8, Reinforced, 4K), 872 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter (All Types, 10 Toe), 61 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter (All Types, 8 Toe), Demolition and Removal, and Pavement Markings. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the citys purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. Questions from prospective bidders must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. on the 20th day of April, 2023. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. There is no Pre-bid meeting for this Bid.
