Construction of water, sanitary, and drainage to serve a single-family subdivision. Questions for this project will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to Bid Opening. The purpose of the geotechnical study was to explore the soil and groundwater conditions at the project site to provide geotechnical design and construction recommendations for the various planned project elements. The scope of services included the following: 1. Field exploration program utilizing three soil test borings (B-1 to B-3) advanced to depths ranging from 40 to 50 feet below the existing site grades to evaluate the subsurface soil and groundwater conditions. 2. Laboratory soil tests on recovered soil samples to evaluate the index and strength properties. 3. Geotechnical report deliverable summarizing the findings and providing geotechnical design and construction recommendations. The authorized scope of services did not include either environmental site assessments or sampling procedures or a geologic fault study
