Renovation of a water / sewer project in Shallowater, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of July 25, 2023 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Selection will be based on best value for the Owner. Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany bids in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids. In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, all bidders must comply with State Labor Laws concerning wage rates. DESCRIPTION: Lubbock County Commissioners Court will receive sealed competitive bids for the design, material, labor and construction of Shallowater Pump Station Improvements.
