As of July 1, 2024, a construction manager has been selected and the project is in in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not yet determined. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The District anticipates the scope of work for the described Project will consist of, but not be limited to, the following major elements: 2.1 Doe Branch WRP Expansion - Phase 3 (4.0 to 12.0 mgd): Final design and construction of an expansion (from 4.0 mgd to 12.0 mgd) of an existing water reclamation plant (WRP) on a 43.7- acre site, holding TCEQ Permit No WQ0010698-003. More information is available in the enclosed Description of Work and Basis of Planning and Design Memorandum. 2.2 Doe Branch Water Reclamation System - Parallel Interceptor, Phase 1: Final design and construction of a new 48" diameter interceptor serving the Doe Branch WRP. More information is available in the enclosed Description of Work 2.3 Riverbend WRP West Lift Station and Force Main: Final design and construction of a new lift station and force main serving the Riverbend WRP. More information is available in the enclosed Description of Work. 2.4 The CMAR Firm will serve as an integral team member during the design process and throughout the construction process. At a minimum, the selected CMAR Firm will be required to perform design review, constructability review, construction sequencing, cost model development and update, during the preconstruction phase. 2.5 It is anticipated that the District will contract for Preconstruction Services and Construction Services by separate actions, but not necessarily by separate contract. Preconstruction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and estimating work up to and including the establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) for the Project. Construction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, all work associated with construction, start-up, occupancy and warranty of the facilities
