Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of three (3) natural gas and/or LP generators including electrical, mechanical and civil work. Each proposal must be accompanied by certified check or bid bond, duly executed, in the amount of five percent of the bid. Deadline for Submission of Questions to Procurement Website 2:00 PM, May 4, 2023 Description of the Work: -Installation of Owner provided 30 kW natural gas generator at Riske Pump Station (806 The Living End) including installation of duct banks, automatic transfer switch and Austin Energy facilities. -Installation of 130 kW propane generator at Rob Roy Pump Station (16 1/2 Cousteau Lane) including installation of duct banks, automatic transfer switch, underground propane tank and concrete fencing. Includes minor grading of site. - Installation of 350 kW natural gas at Wakefield Pump Station (3618 1/2 Red Bud Trail) including demolition of existing building and foundation as per plans and installation of duct banks, pressure transmitters and new foundation;
