Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and 26-space sidewalk / parking lot.
Upgrades and improvements to Mederic-Archambault municipal park. The scope of the project includes construction of a park chalet housing an staff office, a meeting room, a storage room, a mechanical room, two bathrooms accessible from the outside, a space protected against bad weather, ventilation and heating systems and of an ecological parking for 26 cars. The scope of the project also includes required landscaping work. TIMELINE: By its resolution number CA23 3009 0268, the council of Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles borough has taken a decision not to follow up on request for proposals PARC.SP23-05 for professional services in architecture and engineering for the design and construction of a chalet and an ecological parking lot at Parc Médéric-Archambault and cancelled the project. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
