As of 5/16/23 Addendum 1, 2, 3, 4 and Clarification 1 are available. Approximately 1,500 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron restrained-joint water piping with ductile iron fittings and polyethylene encasement. One hot tap connection, multiple air release and blow off assemblies, 2" copper jumper connection from parallel Tualatin Valley Water District 920 pressure zone piping to new 24-inch piping, connection to intertie vault stub-out by others, testing and special inspection, associated surface restoration, clean-up, traffic control, erosion control, and incidental related work as described in the Contract Documents. Limited Notice to Proceed will be issued immediately upon contract execution. Notice to Proceed will be issued once Contractor has received all material. Material lead times are anticipated to be up to eight months. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirement Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed in favor of the Tualatin Valley Water District in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract as prescribed in the Contract Documents. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this Project. All work is to be completed (Substantial Completion) within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Price Range: $1.5 million - $1.9 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
