Renovation of a municipal facility in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Annapolis Royal is seeking Requests for Tenders from qualified interested parties for a 25kW, 60Hz, Standby, Diesel Genset, 1800pm engine and an OTECB, OTEC Transfer Switch-Electronic Control: 260A The electrical installation of the generator and transfer switch will be price dependent on a pre-arranged site visit with the Director of Annapolis Royal Public Works, Dan Wade. A blind bid will not be accepted as the site visit is mandatory for all bidders. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest proposal, and the right to accept any tenders which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Town also reserves the right to waive formality, informality, or technicality in any proposal. Shipping and freight will be the responsibility of the supplier.
