This project is for a renovation of a large office building to the New Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. A satisfactory corporate surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid together with the aggregate sum of all additive alternates. The surety shall name as payee or obligee the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit The MCIU Morris Road Renovation Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and other applicable Acts.
