Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of performing material testing for the Mission Ave Bridge deck Repair Project. The project consists of thin polymer overlay, deck repair, joint repair and ADA sidewalk repairs. The project is federally (FHWA) funded and has a 0% DBE goal for the consultant work. The services requested include but are not limited to the following tasks: Material specific tests as required by the Record of Materials and WSDOT construction manual. ""c Concrete: 1 Site visit, material sampling, 5 concrete cylinder tests ""c Thin Polymer Overlay: Aggregate testing Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1. Project Team Experience & Qualifications 2. Scheduling Flexibility 3. Organization and Clarity of RFQ Submittal 4. Ability to meet proposed schedule Submittal Submittals. The City reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
