Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The CBRM requires construction services from a qualified contractor to perform road, sewer, water, and storm upgrades for the section of Fletcher Street located in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. The project shall be completed during the 2023 construction season. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of existing street features, a road rebuild c/w with new gravels, asphalt, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, installation of new water main c/w services and appurtenances, installation of new sanitary sewer c/w service laterals and manholes, installation of new storm sewer c/w manholes and catch basins. Work will also include all reinstatement of disturbed existing features, traffic control, and any other incidentals required by the contractor to complete the above work.
