The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for placing a 2-inch HMAC full width overlay from MP 13.0 to MP 15.0 on the Lakeview Burns Highway. The paving widths will consist of two, 12-foot lanes with 2-foot paved shoulders. The work also includes performing all traffic control, and installing temporary pavement markings.
