This project provides for the Boulevard Reservoir Rehabilitation including sitework, tank seismic retrofits, reservoir access and telecommunication improvements, minor tank repairs, containment, surface preparation, painting, piping, valves and appurtenances, electrical and surface restoration, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineers Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $3,100,000 to $3,700,000. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. A photocopy of the bid bond or certified check may be uploaded through the Project Bid Portal; however, the physical copy must be received by the City at Olympia City Hall located at 601 4th Avenue East, Olympia WA, 98501 by 12:00 pm (noon) of the second business day following the bid submittal deadline. City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
