Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cloyne, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Quotations will only be accepted from General Contractors who have PREQUALIFIED as per the Board's Request for Supplier Qualifications #12-17 General Contractors. As well as Contractors below who have been INVITED directly by the Board: -AFW Construction Ltd -Anglin Group Ltd -Jensen Building -Roof & Building Services This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 23-51 Courtyard Upgrade at North Addington Education Centre This project includes the removal of existing wood timber retaining walls, light post foundations and landscaping inside the courtyard of the building and reinstated with a newly graded and landscaped space. The courtyard will have new doors, new lighting, and new drainage. The courtyard will be landscaped to include raised gardens, shade structures, and other outdoor spaces. The project will also include foundation waterproofing and select building envelope repairs to the masonry and existing concrete slabs on the property.
