Reference Number 0000317271 The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the Charter Township of Clinton standards. These principal items include, but are not limited to: Full Length C.I.P.P. Lining of 10" Sanitary Sewers 4,000 LF Full Length C.I.P.P. Lining of 12" Sanitary Sewers 2,950 LF Full Length C.I.P.P. Lining of 15" Sanitary Sewers 6,800 LF Full Length C.I.P.P. Lining of 18" Sanitary Sewers 1,250 LF together with other related items of work as well as deliverables. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Charter Township of Clinton for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid price. An Insurance Acord meeting the requirements herein shall be submitted by all bidders. The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond, and labor and material bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and maintenance and guarantee bond of 100% for two years of the final contract price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder.
