This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Foothill Transit to select, through a competitive process, an entity to provide Transit Store Operations for the Foothill Transit Stores located in El Monte Bus Station in El Monte, CA, and West Covina in West Covina, CA and Facilities Maintenance Services for the Foothill Transit Administrative Building, the Arcadia Warehouse Facility, the Azusa Intermodal Transit Center Park & Ride, the Industry Park & Ride, and the Covina Transit Center and Park & Ride. In addition, Foothill Transit is seeking an entity to provide, at the option of Foothill Transit, Transit Store Operations for the Foothill Transit Stores located in Pomona, CA, and Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry, CA. Event Date Issuance of RFP 4/13/23 Optional pre-proposal conference - 3:00 p.m. PDT 4/19/23 Deadline for receipt of questions/requests for addenda - 2:00 p.m. PDT 4/26/23 Issuance of Foothill Transit responses/addenda 5/2/23 Proposal receipt deadline - 2:00 p.m. PDT 5/9/23 Initial evaluations and determination of competitive range (if applicable) 5/18/23 Interviews and discussions; Request for Best and Final Offers 5/25/23-5/26/23 Best and Final Offers due - 2:00 p.m. PDT 6/6/23 Determination of highest ranked Proposer 6/20/23 Contract award by Foothill Transit Executive Board and authorization to execute Contract 6/27/23 Transition 6/28/23 - 8/31/23 Commencement Date 9/1/23
