The proposed construction consists of the addition of a new diesel emergency generator, associated electrical work, and the installation of site fencing and gates. Bid(10%), Certified Check The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder The proposed construction consists of the addition of a new diesel emergency generator, associated electrical work, and the installation of site fencing and gates. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. B. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by OWNER or ENGINEER.
