The scope of work includes New Auxiliary Gymnasium with a side of bleachers and attached changing rooms, Weights and Fitness room with storage, Wrestling room with casework and storage, and a wide corridor with a public washroom. New mezzanine level above corridor. New training entrance with a wide metal canopy, signage, and curtain wall. Building components include concrete floors, CMU walls, metal panel and face brick, steel bar joists, metal deck, membrane roof, internal drains, metal panel canopies, storefront and curtain wall. Interiors include ACP ceilings and soffits, lighting, casework, hollow metal windows, interior benches, and branding. Minor updates to the competition gym include paint/finishes, new equipment, and new bleachers on 2 sides of gym, plus new mezzanine bleachers. Enhancement to the existing athletic entrance with metal panel façade, signage, and a metal canopy. New divider wall and closets in the YMCA gym. Site updates include railing, new composite deck fencing, and lighted bollards at the Athletic Entrance, changes to driving/bus lane to now move around the addition, ramps w/ railings to 3 new entrances in the addition, new sidewalk around the addition, exterior lighting.
