The work for this project will consist primarily of, but not limited to: removal of trees & stumps, concrete pavements, curbs & mounting pads, play surfaces, play features, benches & structures, posts, walls & edging, and electrical junction boxes; salvaging & reinstalling play equipment, benches & limestone; earthwork to reshape a hill; an ADA accessible route up the hill; new play equipment; new play surfacing with underdrain system; rehabilitation of an outdoor theatre wall; and site restoration. Some of the new play features, new furnishings and new limestone features will be provided by the City with their installation included in the work under this contract. The work under this project will be required to coordinate with the installation of a donated fence and relocation of a tree & plaque by others. Construction administration services will be provided by ISG.
