Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be complete in the First quarter of 2023. The contract advertisement is expected in third quarter of 2023 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the fourth quarter of 2025. WSDOT - I-5 / Unnamed Tributaries to Milltown Creek - Fish Passage *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
