Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Falls, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: The project consists of conversion of the field surface from natural grass to synthetic turf, including drainage, replacement of the outfield wall, crash pad installation, relocation of the bullpens and batting cages, dugout renovations, and locker room renovations.
