Renovation of an educational facility in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,500-square-foot educational facility.

Approximately 3,500 SF of area to be renovated at Sam Houston High School ( 2000 Sam Houston Dr, Arlington, TX 76014), including demolition, new flooring, painting, ceilings, millwork, tackboards & markerboards, storefront partitions with vinyl graphics, signage, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers replacement. Add alternates include new ceiling grid, acoustic ceiling tile, light fixtures, paint, carpet, and vinyl graphics. Approximately 4,000 SF of area to be renovated at Seguin High School (7001 Silo Rd, Arlington, TX 76002), including demolition, storefront partitions with vinyl graphics, millwork, signage, light fixtures, carpet, and added outlets to computer lab. Add alternates include new ceiling grid, acoustic ceiling tile, light fixtures, flooring, and vinyl graphics. The District reserves the right to utilize responses to this CSP for the purpose of acquiring construction services funded through other sources. Any explanation, clarification, or interpretation desired by a proposing firm regarding any part of the CSP must be requested in writing from the Purchasing Department and received on or before Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 2:00pm. All questions will be answered in writing and will be issued via addendum and respondents shall acknowledge receipt of and incorporate each addendum in its submission.
