Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 24, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 07, 2023.** The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, on behalf of Ambleside Redevelopment, LLC and Severance Redevelopment, LLC, (Owner) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Parking Lot Repairs at Ambleside Tower and Severance Tower. The project consists of, but is not limited to: repairing the existing asphalt parking lot to include asphalt removal, surface sweeping and preparation, depth repair if necessary, tack coat, leveling course, surface course, and line striping. Reinstall speed bumps. Remove bumper blocks and re-set and pin upon completion of resurfacing. Repair catch basins. Curb and sidewalk replacement. Install dumpster pad. The work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions as required to complete repairs of the project and other work as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. Ambleside Tower parking lot is is approximately 23,800 square feet. On-site parking is comprised of 70 total parking spaces. Severance Tower parking lot is approximately 33,600 square feet. On-site parking is comprised of 96 total parking spaces. The construction estimate range for each project is between: $100,000 and $200,000 Questions will be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM local time on Monday, May 8, 2023 via email at SmithT@cmha.net Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, made payable to Ambleside Redevelopment, LLC and/or Severance Redevelopment, LLC in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10 %) of the total amount of the Bid. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of Owner. All materials and labor that ultimately become a part of the completed structure or improvement that constitutes the Project are subject to State Sales Tax as provided in Section 5739.02, ORC, and State Use Tax as provided in Section 5741.01, ORC. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
