Estimated commencement date May 2023. Substantial Completion: May 2026 PREQUALIFICATION Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 26 out of 40 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration. The top 3 proponents will be short-listed. Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 48 out of 75 points for the evaluation criteria, will not proceed to the short listed for interview and will receive no further consideration.
