mechanical upgrades at following listed TCHC buildings: 1. 20 Falstaff Ave (Boiler Replacement); 2. 2195 Jane Street (Boiler Replacement); 3. 3101 Weston Road (Boiler Replacement); 4. 300 Dufferin Street (Boiler Replacement); 5. 5 Bellevue Crescent (MAU Replacement);6. 75 Dowling Ave. (MAU Replacement); 7. 102 Tyndale Ave. (MAU Replacement); and 8. Symington Place (MAU Replacement). TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Engineering Consultants has been issued by the owner. The awarded proponent will provide sub-categorized as Mechanical/Plumbing engineering services. Proponents must submit pricing for all eight (8) locations to be considered for award. TCHC will be awarding each location separately to the lowest total priced submission. A single proponent can be awarded maximum of two (2) locations. If a Proponent submitted the lowest price for more than two (2) locations, TCHC will determine which location will be awarded based on what is most financially advantageous for TCHC. In case there are less than four qualified bidders, TCHC may award more than two (2) locations to a Proponent. TCHC reserves the right to add/remove any of the building listed without stating reasons. *Enquiries must be submitted through the messaging function in the e-Procurement Portal prior to Monday, May 01, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET. *The construction method is not finalized.
