The County of Merrimack aims to move as quickly as practicable and identify the most qualified Respondent(s) that: 1. Meet the needs of the County of Merrimack. 2. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the work. 3. Is capable of performing the work in a timely manner. County of Merrimack is soliciting proposals for roofing system replacement services at the following locations: Old Merrimack County Courthouse 163 North Main Street, Concord NH 03301 Merrimack County Waste Water Treatment Facility 311 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303 McLeod Building 333 Daniel Webster Highway Boscawen NH 03303. Concord: Old Merrimack County Courthouse - remove the existing roofing systems including the membrane, insulation, flashings, and sky lights where applicable and replacing the adhered with a new fully adhered EPDM roofing system. Boscawen: Merrimack County Waste Water Treatment Facility and McLeod Building - remove the existing ballasted roofing systems including membrane, insulation, flashings, and sky lights where applicable and replace with new fully adhered EPDM roofing systems.
