The Authority seeks a qualified bidder to remove two (2) existing Trane Intellipak rooftop air conditioning units and supply, deliver, and install two (2) replacement rooftop air conditioning units at Page Field (FMY). The replacement units will be like-for-like and must be drop-in replacements that have the same cooling and heating capacity as the current units. No equivalent brands or models are available for these Intellipak Trane units without extensive and expensive modifications to roof structure and roof membrane. Curb adapter may be used if needed. New units and curb adapters must be secured to the roof using metal straps or wire rope to meet local code. The two (2) new rooftop units will be disconnected from the existing Trane Tracer Summit Building Management System (version 16). Current communication wiring will be placed next to the communication board of the new units without being connected. Both units will be programmed to run standalone. Communication protocol for both new units will be Bacnet. 12. Unit start-up and operational log must be provided. All methods employed in performing the work and all equipment necessary for executing any part of the work are subject to approval by the Authority before work is started, and when found unsatisfactory will be corrected. All equipment will be in good working condition.
