Project Description: (1) Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is requesting qualifications for providing professional design services in support of the DT INFR Monument Letter project. The objective of this procurement is to obtain services from qualified professionals for programming, design, and construction administration at the following TCCD campus locations. (a) Northwest Campus 4801 Marine Creek Parkway Ft. Worth, Texas (b) Southeast Campus 2100 Southeast Pkwy Arlington, Texas (c) Trinity River Campus 300 Trinity Campus Circle Ft. Worth, Texas (d) Northeast Campus 848 Harwood Rd. Hurst, Texas (e) South Campus 5301 Campus Dr Ft. Worth, Texas (2) This project seeks to install large monument signs at the five main campuses; Trinity River Campus, Northeast Campus, Northwest Campus, South Campus, and Southeast Campus. (3) The above information is a high-level overview of the scope of work and is not intended to capture all items that are part of the construction documents.
