Renovation of a library in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Repair atrium skylight assemblies and drainage, remove and store existing drains grates, flashing, etc. for reuse, supply and install gutter waterproofing membrane, gutter pan liner, drains, collars, clean-outs, mechanical chase access panels. Provide scaffolding, hoarding to protect the public and property while maintaining access to VPL and adjacent CRUs as detailed in the Specifications and Drawings (Attachment 3) and RP1 GC SOW General Instructions (Attachment 4). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
