The City of Greer is requesting proposals for the Tenant Upfit at 113 Berry Avenue, Suite C. Deadline for Questions: Friday, May 5, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Deadline for Responses: Friday, May 12, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted to Rosalyn Carcamo, rcarcamo@cityofgreer.org For proposed contracts greater than $25,000.00, the offeror awarded the contract must supply a Performance Bond in the amount of 125% of the proposed contract price prior to commencement of the project. Project Scope: The scope of the work is the interior and minor exterior renovation of the approximate 18,000 SF of space within an existing structure that will serve as new office and administration space for Greer Relief. The current space will be converted from mostly warehouse space to a multiuse office and clinical space. The building interior will be upgraded to include structural revisions, new plumbing and electrical. New interior walls, ceilings, fixtures, finishes, and mechanical systems will need to be installed. Bidders should reference the extensive and detailed notes in the plans/construction drawings to formulate their bid. Construction Schedule: The City is projecting a start date in June, 2023. Each bidder shall submit a detailed Construction Schedule, which will designate the sequence and schedule of operations that they deem necessary.
