Renovation of a military facility in Carville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Project was awarded to Valor Contracting, LLC for $449,999.99. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana, equal to 100% of the Contract amount, including Additional Bid Items (ABI), if required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids for just cause Renovations of existing Barracks for the YCP. The interior finishes will be renovated and changed.
