The rehabilitation of existing wastewater treatment plant includes but is not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating of the aeration basins, clarifier, digesters, chlorine contact basin; demolition of existing fiberglass chemical building and reconstruction of two compartment fiberglass chlorine building, installation and operation of temporary chlorine feeding system, replacement of chlorine feeding system equipment and piping; installation of access stair; fabrication and installation of pre-engineered canopy over non-potable water (NPW) system; removal and replacement of piping and valves in wastewater treatment plant units and other associated works. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
