This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as RESTRICTED to all Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award the contract for acquisition and Installation of Intrusion Detection System at USCG Station hobucken, 196 nc-33 Hobucken, NC 28537 as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08123Q0000020. The NAICS code is 561621. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-08. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable. All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) per FAR-52.212-1, System Award Management.
