Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide protection to twenty-five (25) FRS/EMS overhead doors replacement, located in Polk County, Florida. This project is funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HGMP) DR-4337- 0423-R, as approved by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in accordance with plan sheets and project manual outlined in the bid documents.
