The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Contractor shall be responsible for the demolition and removal of existing materials at the west side entrance. o Contractor shall rebuild the west side entrance to the program room near the garage per the attached plan set. o A plan of work must be submitted by the contractor to the Building Department for any necessary permits prior to the start of work. o New entrance shall incorporate proper footings to support the cement decking as shown on the plan set. o The west side entrance shall be designed with handicap landings and railings that meets ADA compliance as shown on the plan set. The Town of Mansfield hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and they will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex, in consideration for an award.
