This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by Parkland County to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Design and Installation services, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking submissions from qualified vendors to pre-qualify for a second-stage competitive process to provide services related to the design and installation of cured in place pipe (CIPP) for sanitary sewer mains of varying size and pipe materials. The County is currently in the process of pre-design and planning of various upgrades to the wastewater system in the Hamlet of Wabamun, which will include CIPP of approximately 4-5km of sanitary mains. The pipes are primarily 200-250mm clay (VCT), with some sections of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The condition of the pipes varies, and respondents will be provided with existing CCTV inspections for review. Respondents shall be able to provide all services related to the design, supply, and installation of CIPP, including, but not limited to: Review of existing CCTV Footage Pre-cleaning and CCTV inspection of existing sanitary sewer mains Design of CIPP liners Bypass and Flow management Notifying affected residents and businesses, and coordination during construction Traffic Accommodation Installation of CIPP liners Reinstatement of Service Connections Site restoration Post lining and warranty CCTV inspections Intent to Bid Due Date: Jan 30th 2024, 2:00 PM MST Documents can be obtained from https://parklandcounty.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/74116
