The address for ground and mail delivery is Thompson Rivers Forest District, 1265 Dalhousie Drive, Kamloops, British Columbia, V2C 5Z5 (the 'Closing Location'). Submissions by facsimile, telegram, or electronic submissions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Tenders received after the Closing Time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. If a Bidder finds any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts among the Tender Documents, the Bidder must bring them to the Attention of Tony Nordee, Ministry Representative, not less than ten (10) business days prior to the Closing Date and Closing Time by e-mail to the Engineering inbox: DTR.Engineering@gov.bc.ca. A business day means a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which Provincial Government offices are open for normal business in British Columbia. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing Maintenance activities including grading and snow plowing to Forest Service Roads in the Thompson Rivers Forest District. Travel is usually 1 to 2 hours (one way from Kamloops). Snow plowing work will be conducted primarily on East Barriere Lake FSR (KA3986). Grading and other types of Engineering projects, as per the Schedule C, may be required anywhere within the Thompson Rivers Forest District.
