Demolition and renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
Installation of pre-purchased generator and all auxiliary systems who will be invited directly to participate in a formal tender by HHSC through their Prime Consultant, (the Consultant), for the work required to install the generator and auxiliary systems. HHSC immediate needs are for construction and equipment installations at Hamilton General Hospital. The Prime Contractor (General) is a company/person who contracts for and assumes responsibility for completing a Demolition, Construction, Infrastructure Installation and Final Commissioning of the project and hires, supervisors, and pays all subcontractors. It is the intention of HHSC to execute the Tendering Stage for its immediate needs at Hamilton General Hospital (237 Barton Street East, Hamilton) in May of 2023. HHSC may, at their sole discretion, alter or revise this arrangement of the generator installation. Such change will be communicated to the short-listed respondents during the Tendering Stage. The expectation is that work will start immediately upon award at the HGH Site. *Award amount was unreleased for publication.
