Renovation of a transportation facility in Minden, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Construction Time: 240 Calendar Days / DBE Goal: 12.45% / Liquidated Damages: $500 per Calendar Day Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity: The Offeror's or Bidder's attention is called to the "Equal Opportunity Clause" and the "Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications" set forth within the Contract Documents.
