This location can be found through a link in the CURRENT PROJECTS page of the Highway Department section of OR, access can also be found searching Swift County in the M n DOT e Advert website, then using the link provided in the on-line advertisement. Copies of the Plan & Proposal are ONLY available via download, at no cost, with a Conne X account. Being listed as a "Plan Holder" is required to submit a valid bid. The downloading process, which involves filling out your company information, is the only way to meet this requirement.
