The U.S Government Publishing Office (GPO) Facilities Management has a requirement for diagnosis and repair services related to freight, passenger and service elevators at the GPO facilities within the Metropolitan Washington DC area 24/7. This is a services contract to augment the current workforce at GPO, Facilities Management Business Unit elevator shop. GPO shall exercise supervision and control over the contract service providers performing the services while present in GPO buildings. Contractor employees must provide 24 hours on-call Elevator Response Notification Services and provide diagnostic services to GPO within 24 hours from notification. There is not a requirement for a permanent contractor presence on site at GPO. The Contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, Superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and support to mitigate any safety risk, all other services and facilities necessary to provide the necessary services required as per the sequential tasks laid out herein at the Government Publishing Office, 732 North Capitol St. NW, Washington, DC 20401.
