Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
HTV will need construction of a 12' X 10' backwall (painted)/prime & prep with a 6 x 6 floating wall (ceramic tile) painted and with (6) lighting lines to surround single (1) television to cover up to 50" television, base cabinetry 8 lf and shelving to the left of television with backlighting. (television included from HTV inventory) Additional Two side panels 8' x 10' decorative pieces. Milwork, framing, drywall, and electrical needed. HTV will need construction of a 12' X 10' backwall (painted) with television, we will need custom build 10' bar / top with front under counter lighting. Including bar stools, and countertop. (backwall television included from HTV inventory, along with 8 small 25" monitors supplied by HTV) Additional Two side panels 8' x 10' pieces supporting 4 television each (televisions supplied by HTV). Six (6) lighting fixtures needed along with millwork, framing, electrical, and electrical devices & mounts (8 and 8) HTV will need construction of a 12' X 10' backwall with multiple pull projection screens provided by vendor. Framing, drywall, electrical and flooring. Additional black re-carpet 10' x 10' stage. Projection screens not supplied by HTV.
