Contractor shall replace two generators that have reached the end of their reliable service life with a new Generac, Cummins, Kohler or approved equal as specified herein. Deadline for Questions to be submitted................................................. 5:00 PM on April 25, 2023 Contractor questions and the County's responses posted during the open bidding process as RFP Clarifications will be included here wherein they modify or clarify the terms of this Agreement or the scope of work outlined in the RFP. Final decisions on quantities and any limits to the scope of work shall also be noted here once project costs have been evaluated by the County. The County will discuss and negotiate any additional modifications or clarifications made after the proposal due date with the Contractor prior to incorporating them into this Agreement.
