Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 6 2023, the subject project was awarded to Spernak and Sons, LLC today in the amount of $504,992.50 (Basic Bid + Additive Alternative No. 1). Anticipated start date/schedule is still pending. This project expands the parking area, improves drainage, and pedestrian facilities at the Potter Marsh South parking facility, located at the intersection of Potter Valley Road and Old Seward Highway. Work also includes resurfacing the entire parking area, replacing signage, relocation of mailboxes, striping, and landscaping. Additive alternative 1 includes installation of a single concrete vaulted toilet. Engineer's Estimate Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000 The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract.
