The National Park Service has a requirement for the following project. The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.--see 13 CFR 121.108.) Misrepresentation of size status can result in penalties. All firms should be registered and certified in www.sam.gov. Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Kennesaw Rehabilitate New Salem and Hardage Mill Trails NAICS Code: 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction PSC is Z2LB: Repair Or Alteration Of Highways/roads/streets/bridges/railways Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 - $100,000 Estimated Period of Performance: June 2023 to September 2023 Project Description (Scope) The primary objective of the project is to Supply and deliver materials throughout different areas along the trail, install construction road 125'x12' at ramp of Burnt Hickory for materials delivery, materials are to be hauled and delivered to different areas along the trail. Flaggers will be needed to control traffic during the delivery of the materials for Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Kennesaw, Georgia per the specification document. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This is for the purchase of rocks and trail materials to maintain and rehabilitate trails at the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park in Kennesaw, Georgia. 1. 387 Tons of Gab Stone 2. 673 Tons of #34 Stone 3. 142 Tons of Surge/Type III Stone 4. 70 Tons of #56 Stone 5. 60 LF of 12" N12 Plastic Pipe 6. 60LF of 36" N12 Plastic Pipe 7. 1 Roll of RX 500 Fabric The materials must also be free of any foreign matter such as processing waste, etc. The Park reserves the right to reject any material that is not suitable for its intended use. The vendor will supply and deliver the material to designated stockpile sites. The contractor will provide the trucks, equipment, and drivers necessary to deliver material addressed in this scope. Install construction road 125'x12' at ramp off Burnt Hickory Road for materials delivery The contractor will deliver material to address stated in section 3.1 of this contract. The contractor will dump each load on site in the areas as directed by the government. The contractor will operate their vehicle in a safe manner. The contractor will have each load approved by a representative of the government. The contractor shall provide flaggers to control traffic during delivery of the materials. April 30, 2023 - September 30, 2023 The project site is located at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park.
