Invitation to Bid Airport Improvements Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Gillette, WY. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened for the construction of Airport Improvements to include the following: AIRFIELD MARKING EQUIPMENT. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. The bidder's name and address shall appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Attn: Airport Director 2000 Airport Road, Suite 108 Gillette, Wyoming 82716 Bid Bond. All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Wyoming, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Wyoming, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. Pre-Bid Meeting. A pre-bid meeting will not be conducted for this bid. Funding for This Contract is State Assisted. This contract will be funded in part by a grant from the Wyoming Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division (WYDOT). Therefore, award of the Contract by the Sponsor will be made subject to concurrence of WYDOT. Bidders may not withdraw Proposals for a period of Sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Contractor will be required to comply with the wage and labor requirements and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates established by the WYDOT Statewide Wage Rates, as applicable.
